As a Private Lending Sales Partner, you will build and manage a network of mortgage brokers, real estate professionals and other qualified referral partners. Your job is to create consistent deal flow, understand the story behind each opportunity and connect the right deals to Uptown’s private lending team.

What You Will Own

• Create new business through outbound calls, targeted outreach, brokerage visits, networking and referral development.
• Build durable relationships with mortgage brokers, agents, real estate professionals and other approved referral sources.
• Identify private mortgage opportunities, including residential, commercial and bridge financing, and gather the initial facts needed for a productive review.
• Communicate Uptown’s lending approach clearly and accurately without overpromising approvals, terms or turnaround times.
• Maintain a current pipeline, document activities and next steps, and follow opportunities through to a clear outcome using Uptown’s approved systems.
• Work closely with underwriting and operations to present opportunities clearly, respond quickly and help move viable deals forward.
• Learn Uptown’s lending appetite, deal structures, documentation standards and compliance expectations.
• Represent Uptown with urgency, integrity, respect and sound judgment in every interaction.
• Share market feedback and referral-partner insights so the team can improve its products, processes and outreach.
