We’re hiring: Operations & Sales Coordinator

Kingsmen Haulers is looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven Operations & Sales Coordinator to join our team in Airdrie/Calgary, Alberta.

This full-time role combines transportation operations, customer service, scheduling, quoting, and business development. You’ll coordinate drivers and jobs, communicate with customers, prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and help grow our hauling business.

Qualifications:
• Experience in transportation, hauling, dispatch, logistics, sales, or customer service is an asset
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused and comfortable building business relationships
• Valid driver’s licence preferred
