Description:

Raas Infotek Corporation is urgently seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Lead to join their team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will be a Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) with over 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM modules including Payroll, Absence Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Benefits, and Compensation Management.

The candidate must be capable of gathering business requirements, identifying process gaps, architecting multi-system solutions, and effectively leading or supporting a delivery team in a client-facing capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Techno-Functional Lead for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or support.

• Provide expertise in Oracle Payroll, Absence, ORC, Benefits, and Compensation Management.

• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design aligned to business processes.

• Lead configuration efforts including user and role security setup, BI administration, mobile and Redwood UI configurations.

• Develop and support custom UIs, fast formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, FBDI, and OTBI/BIP/FRS reports.

• Leverage Integration Cloud Services (OIC) for integrating Oracle Cloud applications with external systems via FTP/sFTP, APIs, and various communication protocols.

• Execute and maintain database-related tasks involving SQL, ATP, PL/SQL.

• Participate in release management and patching activities.

• Utilize VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Services) and Smart View for enhanced reporting and UI customization.

• Serve as an individual contributor while mentoring junior team members or assisting with team delivery when required.
