Operations Analyst

Description:

Yochana is currently hiring a Remote Operations Analyst for its Canadian operations. This contract-based position requires specialized expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on Ping Identity’s OneUID SSO platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational health, managing incident trends, supporting onboarding, and performing analytical monitoring of the SSO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Health & Monitoring:

• Oversee Ping OneUID SSO platform for system performance and incident management

• Conduct root cause analysis, manage problem resolution, and proactively identify issues using analytical reports

• Interface with Ping Identity support for unresolved issues

• Monitor LDAP gateway health and network behavior to minimize end-user impact

Support Services:

• Handle issues related to PingID MFA enrollment, SSL certificate renewals, and rollouts like Passwordless Authentication

• Renew and update IdP and SP SAML Certificates

• Keep the OneUID documentation (Wiki) updated

• Deliver weekly reports covering incidents, trends, SSO login analytics, and project updates

Application Onboarding:

• Support onboarding of ~50 new applications per month into the SSO platform

• Ensure integrations align with documentation from HP's Ping Engineering team

• Coordinate and execute deployment tasks in production environments

Ongoing Development & Change Management:

• Manage LDAP Gateway version upgrades and post-upgrade monitoring

• Execute configuration changes in Ping Federate, such as:

  • Creating/updating IdP Adapters, Selectors

  • Updating HTML templates and message templates

  • Creating/updating Authentication Policy Trees and OAuth/OIDC policies

  • Managing PingID Policies

Audit & Compliance:

• Provide evidence and support for quarterly SOX audits by sharing appropriately redacted SSO screenshots

• Participate in internal and external audit walkthroughs

• Respond to audit requests and document SSO application integrations

Candidate Requirements:

• Expertise in Ping Identity platform tools (PingID, Ping Federate, LDAP Gateway)

• Strong skills in technical documentation, system configuration, and problem solving

• Experience working in enterprise-level IAM environments

• Familiarity with SOX compliance processes is a plus

• Self-motivated, analytical, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
