Online Business Manager

Description:

The Boundless Mindset Inc., a coaching and strategy company committed to empowering women of colour to build thriving, purpose-driven businesses, is seeking a part-time Online Business Manager (OBM) to join its growing remote team. This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic systems thinker who thrives on managing operations, supporting visionary entrepreneurs, and streamlining back-end processes for efficiency and growth.

The OBM will be an essential operational partner to the CEO, helping scale the business with structure, intentionality, and impact. This role offers flexible hours (15–20 hours per week) and the opportunity to grow alongside a passionate, mission-aligned team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations, including project execution, team coordination, and workflow oversight

• Develop and maintain systems for tracking deliverables, tasks, and deadlines

• Provide strategic support to the CEO in planning, decision-making, and implementation

• Organize and manage digital program launches and marketing campaigns

• Administer internal tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive

• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions

• Ensure all tasks are completed effectively and on schedule by the appropriate team members
