• Position: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner
• Location: Drayton Valley, Alberta
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours

Responsibilities
 

• Provide comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management
• Conduct assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning
• Prescribe medications and order investigations
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
  
   

Qualifications
 

• Registered and in good standing with CARNA as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in family practice or primary care preferred
• Excellent communication and clinical judgment
• Collaborative and compassionate approach to patient care
