Description:
Aon Canada is seeking a National Account Manager for the Large Enterprise Market to lead client account teams and accelerate the Aon 3x3 Plan strategy. This key role involves managing branded client accounts, delivering innovative solutions, creating new business opportunities, and providing strategic leadership in pursuing new business in the Canadian large enterprise market. The role also serves as a brand ambassador and adopts new service delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices to create exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities:
Provide coaching, guidance, and training to account teams managing key client accounts.
Support projects and initiatives to improve client experience.
Lead account teams in responding to RFPs, ensuring all client experience improvements are included.
Drive teams to exceed client expectations through excellence in service delivery.
Solicit client feedback via engagement surveys and analyze performance against objectives.
Communicate account developments to delegated managers and corporate client contacts.
Identify and mobilize resources, analytics, software, and tools to support client decision-making.
Conduct in-depth client interviews prior to renewals to understand short-term goals and long-term risk maturity aspirations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Over 10 years of experience managing complex and large client accounts.
Proven leadership with clients through onboarding, training, team coordination, and renewals.
Strong presentation, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
Ability to foster a collaborative, results-driven team environment.
Experience generating new business as a lead producer or key team member.
Strong knowledge of technical insurance and multinational program placement.
