Synex Assurance | Couture Rochette Gestion de risques is currently seeking a Technical Assistant – Administrative Support to join their team in Québec. The ideal candidate will support brokers specialized in commercial insurance by ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery.

This role involves administrative and technical assistance to account managers in the insurance of commercial damages. You’ll be pivotal in maintaining up-to-date documentation and managing client records, while contributing to the overall workflow of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and technical support to account managers

  • Draft and update client documentation

  • Create and maintain client files and insurance documents

  • Oversee the issuance, modifications, and cancellations of policies

  • Analyze insurance policies (if certified)

  • Process billing for transactions

  • Perform and assist with other tasks as assigned by the team

The position requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, ethical mindset. Experience in administrative or insurance-related roles will be highly valued.
