Synex Assurance | Couture Rochette Gestion de risques is currently seeking a Technical Assistant – Administrative Support to join their team in Québec. The ideal candidate will support brokers specialized in commercial insurance by ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery.
This role involves administrative and technical assistance to account managers in the insurance of commercial damages. You’ll be pivotal in maintaining up-to-date documentation and managing client records, while contributing to the overall workflow of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and technical support to account managers
Draft and update client documentation
Create and maintain client files and insurance documents
Oversee the issuance, modifications, and cancellations of policies
Analyze insurance policies (if certified)
Process billing for transactions
Perform and assist with other tasks as assigned by the team
The position requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, ethical mindset. Experience in administrative or insurance-related roles will be highly valued.
