We’re seeking a high‑performing, hunter‑minded Media Sales Executive with a passion for driving revenue across an expansive video and audio advertising ecosystem. This is a client‑facing, growth‑oriented role ideal for a seller who is energized by digital‑led, integrated solutions, big ideas, and delivering measurable business results for agency partners and clients.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling Bell Media’s full suite of best-in-class digital and broadcast properties, including:
Video (Crave, Connected TV, Tubi, CTV Network, TSN Network, RDS, CTV Specialty, Noovo and more)
Audio (iHeartRadio, Bell‑owned and operated radio brands including Virgin, Move, NEWSTALK, TSN, and more)
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Solution Selling
- Build and deliver multi‑platform proposals that seamlessly combine Video and Audio
- Develop insight‑driven, results‑focused strategies tailored to client objectives
- Champion Bell Media’s cross‑platform value proposition across the full funnel
- Drive results by activating first‑party data, premium content, sports, and tentpole programming
Client Development & Relationship Management
- Build and deepen trusted partnerships with agencies and direct clients across Western Canada and US/International markets
- Serve as a strategic advisor, proactively delivering innovative, multi‑channel solutions
- Position Bell Media as a long‑term growth partner through a consultative selling approach
- Prospect, pitch, and close new revenue opportunities across Video and Audio
- Maintain and expand a high‑performing pipeline, growing existing accounts while converting new categories and advertisers
- Proactively secure and lead meetings with existing and prospective clients to showcase Bell Media’s full ecosystem
Sales Cycle Ownership
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, campaign building in systems, execution and post analysis
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and bookings within Salesforce
Critical Qualifications
- 5+ years of advertising sales experience (digital media strongly preferred)
- Proven success meeting or exceeding revenue targets in fast‑paced environments
- Deep understanding of Video and Audio media, with an emphasis on programmatic and digital ecosystems
- Strong grasp of digital inventory waterfall, ad monetization, and data‑driven selling
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and solutions‑oriented
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Salesforce
