• A respected, proven reputation within their field of expertise.
• A minimum of 10 years’ proven success working in related roles.
• A minimum of two years’ instructional experience at a polytechnic or similar applied institution, or in an industry training role.
• Demonstrated commitment to training, mentoring, or educating.
• An established network of relevant professional contacts in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia, and beyond.
• Excellent English-language communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent skills using Microsoft Office and online digital media and mobile tools as well as industry specific digital software and databases.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a collegial environment.
