In this role your primary focus will be to partner with senior leaders, best-in-class subject matter experts, and colleagues from across L&D and the CCPO to design immersive learning experiences that enable our people to master skills in areas of personal passion. Working closely with the Deloitte University team, you will also support additional programming and own the end-to-end delivery of these experiences, including participant and faculty management, communication plans, budgets, and vendor management. This role will drive our team’s strategic vision and inspire and empower our people!

You are someone who has:

  • A passion for designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning solutions and a resume to back it up!
  • Proven project management skills and experience leading complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A drive for excellence, client service, and making things happen. You can work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional relationship skills and an ability to build and maintain a strong network with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of applications (e.g., Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, team collaboration sites, etc.) and the ability to adapt quickly to new applications.
  • 5+ years’ experience in learning and development or related field
  • Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, English is required for this position.
