Manager, Digital Engagement

 

Description:

  • Develops a number of tactics supporting digital engagement with potential students and their key influencers (parents, teachers, friends, and family). Key activities that are central to this augmented role include applicant profile assessment, program counselling, application advising, financial guidance, and information regarding Canadian international student visas
  • Executes the Digital Engagement Plan with a focus on Digital Media Channels and ensures that Seneca attracts qualified international applicants to the different programs of Seneca.
  • Implements the Digital Engagement Plan (e.g., virtual events, converting the existing funnel applicants, leveraging knowledge to create targeted digital assets for the enhancement of user experience, building brand value and establishing Seneca as a preferred choice by channeling leads into conversion).
  • Assists Seneca’s Marketing communications in designing and producing appropriate promotional materials which target the regional language.
  • Implements strategies and tactics aimed at improving the direct applicant’s experience, providing messaging and materials that support engagement and funnel conversion and ultimately translates to effective digital marketing directed to growing the number of applicants and their conversion from a country or region.

Relationship Management

  • Manages follow-up with applicants, prospects/leads, and new student inquiries in a timely manner through recruitment tactics that ensure optimum conversion rates and customer service. This is by conducting online webinars and a range of virtual meetings (in accordance with the time zones conducive to international markets).
  • Supports and follows the direction of the Project Manager, Digital Recruitment in the provision of information and counselling of direct applicants regarding the Canadian international student visa process.
  • Might be involved in managing the business relations with the student recruitment agencies in a region in collaboration with Regional Business Development Managers and other Seneca International team members.
