Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing insights on our risk landscape, project emerging risk and trends. You will identify and use data from multiple sources and pull together insights across the line of business to share with senior leaders influencing strategy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive risk insights using data from various metrics reported across the business and the risk office.
- Independently identify and source data from the business and across industry to continuously improve the quality of outputs.
- Create clear and compelling stories to senior leadership and proactively raise any emerging risks, trends, and areas of focus.
- As a risk leader, drive sustainable change and influence solutions to support strong risk management.
- Effectively manage change and evolve solutions with changes in risk landscape
- Maintain knowledge of Capital One Risk Standards and monitor systems of record for accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Inspire a strong risk management mindset and culture with business partners
- Lead, manage, prioritize work and consistently deliver results
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience within risk management and banking
- A bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience working in a team environment, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Experience in technical skills and presenting information through slides and memos
