Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc., a leading global provider of innovative transportation, logistics, and technology services, is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee to join their dynamic team in Cambridge, Ontario. Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop tailored solutions for both consumer and commercial customers, including Fortune 500 companies.

• Manage a large fleet of world-class vehicles, ensuring productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

• Generate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure overall customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

• Execute assigned projects and support operational goals as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business or Marketing concentration preferred).

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Prior internship or work experience in sales, operations, or customer-facing roles is an asset.

• Results-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Valid Class G/Class 5 driver’s license with the ability to drive Penske vehicles, including 26’ box trucks.

• Willingness to travel within the district for customer visits, training, and work assignments.

• Must maintain regular, predictable attendance and meet all employment requirements.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, while analyzing and following instructions.

• Required to stand, walk, sit, and frequently use hands to handle or reach.

• Occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs (12 kg).

• Visual requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
