As a Line Leader, you will manage the total operation of a production line, ensuring optimal performance on a 24/7 continuous shift basis. Your leadership will drive productivity, safety, and quality while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment. You’ll take ownership of process improvement initiatives, implement lean manufacturing strategies, and promote a strong culture of continuous improvement across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the total operation of the production line to maximize efficiency and performance.

  • Lead and align resources including operators, mechanics, and maintenance teams across process centers (furnace, mold shop, quality, and cold end).

  • Foster a continuous improvement culture by motivating teams, initiating Kaizen activities, and driving problem-solving initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with all Quality, Safety, GMP, and procedural audits.

  • Implement and maintain metrics and management routines for People, Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Productivity.

  • Define operational goals and align them with the plant’s strategic objectives.

  • Mentor and develop employees, encouraging skill advancement and career growth.

  • Ensure lean manufacturing principles are integrated throughout production processes.

  • Act as a change leader, spearheading process improvement projects to elevate plant performance to world-class standards.

  • Maintain adherence to local and contractual labor agreements and uphold company safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Production/Operations Management, Business, or related discipline.

  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing production environment.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.

  • Hands-on leadership style with a passion for guiding diverse teams on the plant floor.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Flow Manufacturing concepts.

  • Experience working with data and information systems (e.g., SAP, WorkBrain, PIC, MCS, MCSII, VSPC).

  • Ability to drive team engagement and foster a results-oriented, safety-first culture.
