Lead Product Manager

Description:

OpenText, a global leader in secure information management and digital transformation, is seeking a Lead Product Innovation (AI/AppSec) professional to define and drive the future of AI integration in its Application Security Aviator platform. This position offers the opportunity to lead the strategic development of AI-driven security solutions across SAST, DAST, and SCA technologies while working in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role involves setting the roadmap, aligning stakeholders, and collaborating with engineering teams to innovate and scale AI applications that enhance cybersecurity offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-powered application security solutions.

• Lead the ongoing development of the SAST auditing use case and initiate new use cases.

• Monitor advancements in AI/LLM technologies and explore their application in cybersecurity.

• Collaborate with global teams, including engineering, product management, and external stakeholders.

• Drive innovation from concept to monetization within an agile, fast-paced culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Strong expertise in Application Security (SAST expertise required).

• Hands-on programming experience in Python and Java, with familiarity across multiple programming languages.

• Experience with AI/LLM technologies, ideally with a focus on practical applications.

• Ability to work effectively across distributed teams and multiple time zones.
