Description:

MTL Royal Brunch Group is currently hiring kitchen staff for an exciting brunch restaurant and a brand-new brewery concept, both located just 5 minutes from Square-Victoria-OACI Metro Station in Montreal. We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced professionals who are passionate about their craft and ready to join our dynamic team.

The restaurant is set to open in early summer, and selected candidates must be available in advance for training purposes.

Positions to Fill:

• Kitchen Assistant (Commis de Cuisine) – Minimum 1 year of experience

• Line Cook (Cuisinier de Ligne) – Minimum 1 year of experience

• Head Chef (Responsable de Cuisine - Evening Shift) – Minimum 3 years of experience

Hiring Criteria:

• Must be available throughout the summer

• Must be available 4 days per week, including weekends
