Java Full Stack Developer

Description:

Yochana is hiring a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in the Telecom industry to join their hybrid team in Brampton, Ontario. This full-time role demands a technically proficient individual who excels in both backend and frontend technologies and has hands-on experience with cloud-native tools, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines. A background in telecom provisioning and network management platforms will be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java, Node.js, Express, and modern front-end frameworks.

• Administer Linux environments and create automation scripts for system configuration and application deployment.

• Develop containerized applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.

• Implement service discovery and configuration management using Consul and Vault.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins to streamline software releases.

• Design responsive and interactive front-end components using Bootstrap JS, jQuery, and CSS.

• Write shell scripts and leverage tools like cURL for API and network diagnostics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Node.js, Express, and modern web technologies.

• Proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting (Bash, Shell).

• Experience in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with Consul and Vault for microservice management and secure configuration.

• Expertise in front-end development using Bootstrap JS, jQuery, and CSS.

• Ability to test and debug APIs using tools such as Postman and cURL.

Good to Have:

• Experience with telecom protocols such as SPSDEL, DOCSIS, CMTS, or SNMP.

• Domain knowledge in telecom provisioning and network management platforms.
