TalentSphere Staffing Solutions, on behalf of a leading architectural studio in Vancouver, is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Intermediate or Intern Architect to join their design-driven team. Collaborate on design development and production of technical documentation for large-scale concrete and mixed-use projects.
Prepare and coordinate detailed Revit drawing sets through all project phases.
Work alongside senior architects and technologists to translate design concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
Develop construction assemblies, building envelope details, and code-compliant designs.
Participate in client and consultant meetings, design presentations, and occasional site visits.
Support construction administration tasks, including shop drawing reviews, RFI responses, and field review assistance.
Stay up to date with British Columbia Building Code (BCBC), Vancouver Building By-law (VBBL), and local municipal processes.
Master of Architecture or equivalent professional degree.
3–8 years of professional experience in Canada, particularly on high-rise or mixed-use concrete projects.
Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with collaborative BIM workflows.
Strong design acumen, attention to detail, and an impressive architectural portfolio.
Knowledge of BCBC, VBBL, and regional permitting procedures.
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Registered or actively pursuing registration with the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC).
Demonstrated ability to balance design creativity with technical precision.
Interest in mentorship and continuous professional growth.
Adaptability to a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment.
Competitive salary between CAD 75,000 – CAD 105,000 per year, depending on experience.
