About you

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defence or accident benefits (no personal injury)
• Member of the Ontario Bar in good standing
• Strong verbal, written, and drafting skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills reflected in client management and teamwork dynamics
• Proactive thinking and effective response to unforeseen circumstances
• Commitment to firm values, client service, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
