As an Insurance Advisor, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients—educating them on insurance products, identifying their needs, and offering personalized solutions that align with their goals. This role focuses on building long-term relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s growth and reputation in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to promote client satisfaction and retention.

• Engage clients to uncover their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.

• Educate clients about available insurance products and services.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle client information with discretion.

• Support clients with renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

• Uphold compliance with insurance regulations and underwriting principles.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the insurance or financial services industry (preferred).

• Insurance Broker Level 1 License or willingness to obtain certification (financial assistance provided).

• Working toward or possessing CAIB/CIP designation is an asset.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
