Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to answer questions and offer insurance solutions that meet their needs

• Promote and educate clients on a wide variety of auto insurance products

• Participate in team activities and contribute to turning client concerns into positive experiences

• Capture accurate client data during interviews and help complete necessary transactions

• Learn and develop expertise in insurance policies, procedures, and customer service best practices
