As an Account Manager at BIG, you will play a key role in supporting clients with their existing insurance policies. You will be responsible for evaluating clients’ individual needs, analyzing risk, managing and renewing policies, and offering ongoing support and expert advice. Your ultimate goal is to ensure each client receives optimal coverage tailored to their unique circumstances, while fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customized insurance advice by thoroughly assessing clients' situations.

• Evaluate risks and determine the best coverage options to match each client's needs.

• Continuously review, update, and manage clients’ insurance policies to keep them aligned with their evolving requirements.

• Oversee policy renewals and guide clients on necessary changes in coverage or premium adjustments.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• NS General License (Level 2 preferred), in good standing.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a personal lines insurance broker.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• In-depth knowledge of various insurance products and coverage options.

• Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to assess client requirements and deliver tailored advice.
