Description:
The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for the execution of timely and accurate processing of customer order entry and claims for the complete line of Forte Opening Solutions - CAN wood door and frames products.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze requests for orders received from customers and process them considering manufacturing quotes, specifications, and limitations.
- Ensure rapid processing to meet demand while performing quality control of processing and service.
- Acquire a very good knowledge of the technical characteristics of our products to provide technical assistance to customers on them and their special applications.
- Be a reference for our distributors and ensure an always impeccable customer experience.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Education required, Associate's Degree or higher preferred
Experience
- You have technical training and/or have acquired relevant experience.
- You are autonomous, meticulous, logical, and blessed with analytical skills.
- You have communication skills and like challenges.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records.
- You are proficient in Office suite software.
- Knowledge of wood, door construction and/or hardware is an asset.
- Available to work extended hours during the work week as needed and be flexible to schedule changes.
