Role Overview:
The HRBP Director is a strategic and operational leader who partners closely with business executives to align people strategies with business goals. This role supports global functional leaders through talent planning, organizational design, change management, and employee engagement. As a trusted advisor and internal consultant, the HRBP Director will influence business performance and culture while collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence and leading cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with executive leaders to shape business and talent strategies.

• Lead and execute global HR programs, including performance management, compensation planning, restructuring, and change initiatives.

• Manage talent projects and reporting across global functions and regions.

• Apply change leadership in a fast-paced, evolving, matrixed global environment.

• Collaborate with HR professionals globally to enhance employee experience, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, especially as an HR Business Partner to senior/executive leadership.

• Expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, and talent management.

• Strong business acumen with ability to influence leaders using data-driven insights.

• Excellent project management and communication skills; proficient in Excel.

• Experience leading change in complex global and matrixed organizations.

• Customer-focused with proven relationship-building skills at senior stakeholder levels.

• University degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
