Benny, a rapidly growing clean energy brand, is seeking a dynamic Head of Supply Chain and Operations to lead production, fulfillment, and logistics across its fast-expanding product lines. Key Responsibilities:

1. Production & Distribution

• Develop and execute scalable systems for production, fulfillment, and logistics across direct-to-consumer (DTC) and retail channels.

• Coordinate production planning and scheduling with co-packers and manufacturing partners.

• Maintain product quality while identifying cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities.

2. Fulfillment & Operations

• Oversee daily fulfillment operations across all sales channels (DTC, wholesale, and retail).

• Build efficient systems ensuring accurate order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with 3PL (third-party logistics) partners to enhance warehousing and shipping performance.

3. Supply Chain & Logistics

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including ingredient sourcing, warehousing, freight, and logistics.

• Build relationships with co-manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics providers to maintain a smooth operational flow.

• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to optimize efficiency and minimize cost.

4. Inventory & Demand Planning

• Develop and manage scalable systems for tracking inventory, forecasting demand, and ensuring continuous product availability.

• Minimize waste and stockouts across multiple sales channels.

5. Financial & Operational Reporting

• Assist with budgeting, cost analysis, and initiatives aimed at margin improvement.

• Design dashboards and KPIs to monitor key operational metrics and drive accountability.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to coordinate new product launches and demand forecasts.

• Collaborate with finance on production schedules, cash flow, and cost optimization strategies.

7. Strategic Growth & Leadership

• Partner with founders on long-term strategic planning, system development, and operational scalability.

• Support retail expansion and prepare for capital raise or exit events as the company grows.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field (preferred).

• Experience: 2–5 years in operations, supply chain, or logistics, preferably within CPG or beverage sectors.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and systems-thinking mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, startup environment.

  • Competence in forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making.

• Bonus: Previous experience scaling a beverage or CPG brand from startup to national distribution.
