We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM/HAM Specialist with strong expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, and IT Asset Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Design, develop, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform

✔ Implement and support IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) modules

✔ Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions

✔ Perform data migration, transformation, and validation activities

✔ Ensure CMDB alignment, data integrity, and consistency across asset/configuration records

✔ Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

✔ Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance

✔ Maintain technical documentation and follow governance best practices

Required Skills:

✅ Strong ServiceNow platform development experience

✅ Expertise in:

• ITAM / HAM
• JavaScript
• Glide APIs
• CMDB Management

✅ Experience with:

• REST / SOAP APIs
• Data migration & transformation
• Platform upgrades & enhancements
• ServiceNow integrations

Preferred Candidate:

✔ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

✔ Experience in enterprise ServiceNow environments

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
