Risk & Compliance Analyst
What You'll Be Doing
- Own, Manage and/or improve processes and controls (policy management, sanction screening, vendor management, access controls review, etc.)
- Support in the development and deployment of training
- Support knowledge and document management
- Respond to various queries relating to risk and compliance
- Contribute to internal and external audits, as well as investigations following incidents
- Perform certain monitoring procedures and controls
- Work closely with various departments
- Contribute to other files/projects related to risk, privacy, regulatory compliance, etc.
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- Hard requirement: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in compliance, risk, quality assurance or a related regulatory field
- Ownership: A strong sense of accountability and initiative to drive projects to completion independently, and contribute to solving identified issues
- Sharp Diligence & Rigor: Unwavering accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in every review, process, and document
- Investigative Mindset: A natural curiosity to ask probing questions and uncover the "why" behind processes, policies, controls, and regulations
- Eager Explorer: A strong drive to learn, expand your horizons, and jump into dynamic, ad-hoc compliance and risk projects. Resilient to uncertainty and change.
- Ethical Champion: High integrity, autonomy, discretion, and proactive initiative in handling sensitive information and solving complex issues
