Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Guest Services Attendant for their luxurious Fairmont Chateau Whistler property. Located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, the hotel offers year-round outdoor adventure and upscale accommodation, making it one of Canada’s premier mountain resorts.

As a Guest Services Attendant, you will be the face of the hotel, delivering the first and last impression to guests and helping to create memorable experiences. Your role is vital in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing efficient luggage handling, valet services, and immediate responses to guest needs in a warm and welcoming manner.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting guests with professionalism and warmth upon arrival and departure

• Assisting with luggage handling and transportation

• Providing valet parking services and ensuring the safe handling of guest vehicles

• Acting as the main point of contact between guests and hotel services

• Offering accurate and helpful information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local area

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Class 5 British Columbia Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A service-oriented mindset with attention to detail

• Previous guest service experience is an asset

Job Type and Start:

• Full-time, permanent

• Immediate start preferred

Compensation and Perks:

• Starting wage of CAD 18.10/hour with incremental increases over time (up to CAD 21.35 after 3 years)
