Global Sector Specialist

Description:

Deloitte Canada is seeking a highly skilled Global Sector Specialist – Insurance and Real Estate to support the firm’s global growth initiatives. This position presents a unique opportunity to work across borders and collaborate with senior leadership on transformative strategies for Deloitte’s Insurance and Real Estate sectors.

In this role, the specialist will be responsible for supporting Global Sector Leaders in developing and executing strategic growth plans. Key responsibilities include building strategic relationships across the firm, fostering sector connectivity, supporting eminence and thought leadership initiatives, overseeing portfolio and client pursuit activities, and managing sector operations. A successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, strategic execution experience, and a solid understanding of the challenges facing Financial Services, particularly in the Insurance and Real Estate domains.

This role requires a self-motivated professional capable of working independently in a remote and global environment. It also offers the chance to influence Deloitte’s future direction and build meaningful relationships across a wide professional network.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, and client relationship management

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Prior experience in Financial Services is strongly preferred

• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and lead initiatives

• Strong attention to detail and global collaboration experience
