Global Cybersecurity Policies And Standards Analyst

Description:

Deloitte Global is seeking a highly skilled Global Cybersecurity Policies and Standards Analyst to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity policies and standards across its global network. This role involves spearheading research and creating comprehensive cybersecurity standards and detailed security baselines aligned with Deloitte’s business objectives and risk appetite. The analyst will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, leadership, and relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent application and effective deployment of cybersecurity policies, providing guidance on the interpretation and applicability of standards.

Key responsibilities include developing compliance mappings to ISO 27002, authoring supporting documents and presentations, and contributing to policies and standards awareness initiatives. The role also involves using advanced technologies, including AI and Machine Learning, to enhance the maturity of the Policies & Standards team.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity policies, standards, governance, or risk management.

• Expertise in at least one technical domain: networking, operating systems, cloud, AI, or software development.

• Deep knowledge of frameworks: ISO/IEC 27001/27002, NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Soft skills: collaboration, teamwork, persuasion, time management, and prioritization.

Preferred: Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA or similar, with strong knowledge of information security legal and regulatory requirements.
