Tech Mahindra, a global leader in digital transformation and technology services, is seeking an experienced and technically proficient GCP Data Architect to join its growing team in Canada. This remote, full-time role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and an interest in building intelligent, scalable, and high-performance data platforms.

As part of Tech Mahindra’s vision to empower businesses through connected experiences, this role plays a vital part in designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions across critical enterprise systems. Candidates must bring a solid understanding of real-time analytics, data warehousing, data quality, and governance frameworks to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions on GCP.

• Utilize GCP services such as Dataflow with Apache Beam (batch and stream), BigQuery, and Pub/Sub for efficient data processing and analytics.

• Develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines, leveraging SQL and Python for advanced data transformation and analysis.

• Apply strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable real-time streaming analytics and optimize data pipelines.

• Engage in technical troubleshooting, optimize performance, and ensure the reliability of all data architecture components.

• Leverage prior experience (preferably in the Healthcare domain) to support industry-specific data challenges and solutions.

• Communicate architecture strategies and technical decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience as a Data Architect, with proven expertise in GCP data solutions.

• Proficient in Dataflow (Apache Beam), BigQuery, and Pub/Sub.

• Strong coding and data analysis skills using SQL and Python.

• Solid grasp of data warehousing principles, ETL methodologies, and real-time data streaming techniques.

• Deep understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.

• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across global teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual Salary: CAD 100000 – 130000

• Monthly Equivalent: CAD 8333 – 10833
