As a Game Producer, you will oversee and coordinate production efforts across multiple squads. Your role will focus on aligning strategic objectives, improving processes, managing risks, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features. You will work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and transparency throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align squad goals with quarterly roadmaps to ensure timely and effective delivery.

• Break down complex product plans into manageable sprint tasks and milestones.

• Identify, document, and monitor risks while maintaining a comprehensive risk registry.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and standups across squads.

• Mentor and support team members to instill operational best practices and promote team cohesion.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership through status reports and presentations.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in game development production.

• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.

• Strong project planning, risk mitigation, backlog management, and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
