Description:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers, working to build scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions for Wave's global customer base. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility and autonomy while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that encourages bold thinking and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
Write clean, efficient, and testable code using Python, Ruby, and/or JavaScript.
Participate in agile product teams to collaboratively solve business challenges.
Continuously improve product functionality and system performance through innovation.
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle—from design and architecture to deployment and maintenance.
Maintain and monitor highly available production systems.
Learn and implement new technical frameworks and tools as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of professional experience working with Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
Experience with developing web applications or distributed systems.
Proficiency with terminal/command-line operations.
Demonstrated ability to write modular, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.
Strong communication skills (written and oral).
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations occasionally.
