Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers, working to build scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions for Wave's global customer base. Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient, and testable code using Python, Ruby, and/or JavaScript.

• Participate in agile product teams to collaboratively solve business challenges.

• Continuously improve product functionality and system performance through innovation.

• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle—from design and architecture to deployment and maintenance.

• Maintain and monitor highly available production systems.

• Learn and implement new technical frameworks and tools as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of professional experience working with Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or other programming languages.

• Experience with developing web applications or distributed systems.

• Proficiency with terminal/command-line operations.

• Demonstrated ability to write modular, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.

• Strong communication skills (written and oral).

• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations occasionally.
