Bruno App, a trailblazer in the real estate technology sector, is actively seeking three volunteer Full Stack Developers to join their dynamic remote team in Canada. Bruno is revolutionizing the way real estate professionals manage and share their trusted service referrals by offering a white-labeled platform that empowers agents, teams, and brokerages to create branded, client-facing service hubs.

Currently in its pre-launch phase with a successful funding round secured and foundational architecture built, Bruno is looking for passionate and skilled developers to contribute directly to its MVP. This is a high-impact opportunity to collaborate closely with the CTO and shape a cutting-edge product that enhances home service referrals across the real estate journey — before, during, and after home sales.

Volunteers will have the unique chance to transition into full-time paid roles post-launch, with up to two positions reserved for standout contributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CTO to develop and implement product features and workflows from scratch.

• Build intuitive role-based user dashboards with permission-based onboarding and team functionalities.

• Develop smart vendor management tools for real estate professionals to manage and showcase their service providers.

• Design branded public-facing client hubs ("MyBruno Pages") that enable users to easily discover and book vetted services.

• Integrate APIs including OpenAI, Google APIs, and real estate CRMs into the application.

• Participate in architecture discussions, sprints, and code reviews in a remote-first, agile team.

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: Next.js (TypeScript)

• Backend: Python (FastAPI)

• Database: PostgreSQL

• Integrations: REST APIs, OAuth, Google APIs, OpenAI, real estate CRM systems

Candidate Requirements:

• A strong portfolio, GitHub, or live project links that reflect real-world, functional development work.

• Proficiency or familiarity with Bruno’s tech stack: FastAPI, Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.

• Experience integrating third-party APIs (OAuth, REST, etc.).

• Product-oriented thinking with a focus on user experience and usability.

• Self-driven and adaptable to startup-paced environments.

• Effective in async, remote teams and comfortable taking ownership without micromanagement.

• Interest in real estate technology and AI-enhanced software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications (Huge Plus):

• Proficiency with AI-native tools like Cursor IDE.

• Familiarity with real estate platforms, CRMs, or client booking systems.

• Experience in AI prompt engineering or OpenAI integrations.

• Previous work in early-stage startups, open-source contributions, or SaaS environments.

• Passion for solving real-world problems in the PropTech and service marketplace space.
