Description:

Holt Renfrew, a leading luxury department store, is seeking a Beauty Advisor – Fragrance Prestige to develop long-lasting relationships with customers, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty. This commission-based role requires deep product knowledge, superior customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver extraordinary service consistently to all customers

• Exceed personal and brand sales and service targets

• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing clients, and retaining loyal customers

• Share expert product knowledge with the store selling team

• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers

• Drive brand sales by identifying marketing opportunities, executing events, recommending assortment changes, and communicating suggestions to store management

• Attend all educational sessions, including product knowledge, vendor sessions, and Holt Renfrew seminars

• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks

• Communicate regularly with clients regarding in-store events, product requests, follow-ups, birthdays, etc.

• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with selling management for issues outside guidelines

• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma

• Proven ability to exceed sales targets

• Highly collaborative and team-oriented

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Minimum of 2 years in a commission-based sales environment

• Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands

• Prior luxury retail experience preferred

• Fully bilingual in French and English
