Financial Services Representative

Description:

CUA is looking for a Financial Services Representative to deliver superior banking services to individuals and businesses across Nova Scotia. This role involves handling front-line banking transactions, assisting customers with financial services, and identifying sales opportunities to support CUA’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Execute day-to-day banking transactions for members via branch or Customer Contact Centre.
📌 Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and financial needs.
📌 Identify and pursue cross-selling and sales opportunities.
📌 Process defined lending and deposit transactions.
📌 Maintain a high level of accuracy in cash management and transaction execution.
📌 Assist prospective and current members in achieving their financial goals.

Job Requirements:

✔ Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
✔ Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
✔ Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
✔ Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting targets.
✔ Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environments.
