Description:
Franvest Capital Partners, in collaboration with Orangetheory Fitness Canada, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their dynamic, fast-paced team based in Edmonton, Alberta. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong organizational, analytical, and administrative capabilities to play a key role in supporting the financial and operational functions of a growing organization.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate high levels of initiative, accuracy, and professionalism. You will support the Franvest team by providing executive assistance and financial analysis while coordinating business operations and special projects. Your contributions will directly impact the success of strategic investments and operational improvements across portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support including managing executive calendars, meetings, and travel logistics.
Maintain and organize critical business documents, reports, and operational records.
Support financial tracking, expense monitoring, and budget management across projects.
Assist in the development of presentations, financial summaries, and analytical reports.
Coordinate and track special projects, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Conduct market and industry research to support investment and operational decisions.
Oversee day-to-day office management, including supplies, communications, and IT coordination.
Serve as a liaison between departments, managing communications professionally and confidentially.
Required Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or finance-related role.
Demonstrated experience in supporting senior executives and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Critical thinking, independent decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage sensitive information with a high degree of discretion.
Self-starter who thrives in both collaborative and independent environments.
Position Type:
Full-time, on-site role based in Edmonton, Alberta.
Some flexibility for remote work is possible, but on-site presence is expected to support operational needs.
