What you’ll be doing:

✅ QuickBooks Online bookkeeping

✅ Bank + credit card reconciliations

✅ Accounts payable / receivable

✅ Invoicing + customer accounts

✅ Payroll support + admin tasks

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Experienced with QuickBooks Online

• Comfortable in a busy blue-collar / trades environment

• Able to work independently and stay on top of deadlines
