Erp Project Management Analyst

Deloitte, through its Indigenous-majority-owned affiliate R8dius, is hiring an Analyst, ERP Project Management to support SAP/Oracle technology implementation and transformation projects across Canada. The position is remote-first, allowing you to work from anywhere in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ERP (SAP/Oracle) project implementation and management activities.

• Collaborate with the project management office (PMO) and clients to manage both internal and client work streams.

• Develop and document business requirements and future-state process designs.

• Monitor and report on project scope, budget, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.

• Provide proactive communication of key risks and issues to the Project Manager.

• Gain hands-on exposure to all phases of IT project delivery, including planning, testing, cutover, and hypercare.

• Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders.

• Participate in mentorship and learning programs designed to strengthen technical and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• Self-identifies as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, or Métis).

• Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Technology, or Computer Science.

• Knowledge of project management disciplines, including risk and quality management (both waterfall and agile).

• Understanding of technology-enabled business transformation.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic consulting environment.

• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a strong asset.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $50,000 – $90,000 annually ($4167 – $7500 monthly).
