EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

The minimum level of education required to perform these responsibilities are:

• Completion of Grade 12 Diploma.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

The minimum experience required to perform these responsibilities are:

• Two (2) years of applicable experience in an office environment;
• Effective written and oral communication skills;
• Ability to deal with developers, governments and the public in matters of some sensitivity in a

courteous, diplomatic and tactful manner;

• Ability to perform work accurately;
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision;
• Ability to work within a team environment;
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve specified deadlines; and
• Two (2) years of applicable local government development experience considered an asset.
