Description:
We are looking for an experienced L2/L3 Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support in a Windows and Cisco-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Windows-based systems and networked PCs
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Active Directory, O365, and desktop management tools
- Assist with basic Cisco networking (switches, VLANs)
- Manage user issues, system configurations, and escalations
- Collaborate with teams to resolve technical incidents
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in desktop / IT support
- Strong experience with Windows (7/10), PC hardware, and peripherals
- Knowledge of Active Directory, O365, and desktop management tools
- Experience with Cisco environments and VLANs
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with BMC Desktop Management (or similar tools)
- Exposure to industrial / manufacturing environments
- Basic project experience
