Desktop Support Engineer

 

Description:

We are looking for an experienced L2/L3 Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support in a Windows and Cisco-based environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for Windows-based systems and networked PCs
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support Active Directory, O365, and desktop management tools
  • Assist with basic Cisco networking (switches, VLANs)
  • Manage user issues, system configurations, and escalations
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve technical incidents

 

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in desktop / IT support
  • Strong experience with Windows (7/10), PC hardware, and peripherals
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, O365, and desktop management tools
  • Experience with Cisco environments and VLANs
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English

 

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with BMC Desktop Management (or similar tools)
  • Exposure to industrial / manufacturing environments
  • Basic project experience
