Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative/Sales to join our dynamic team. This is an

on-site, full-time position offering a competitive salary and opportunities for growth. As a Customer Service

Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring an excellent experience for our clients and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with business development team, and execution of sales initiatives.

• Initiate connection with potential clients via cold calling, emails.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update database.

• Support the Business Development team by tracking and reporting on customer data.

• Possess strong phone etiquette and written communication skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and client relationship management is highly valued.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
