The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 7 years of specialized experience in commercial litigation. This role requires a candidate with a proven track record of managing complex cases, providing strategic litigation advice, and engaging in advanced legal research and writing. You should be adept at handling a variety of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder conflicts, and other business-related litigation.

As part of this role, you will actively contribute to the development of legal strategies, participate in pre-trial motions, and advocate for clients in court.
