Transplant Québec is seeking a passionate Coordonnateur-conseiller clinique (Clinical Coordinator and Advisor) to join its mission-driven team dedicated to saving lives through organ donation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the full organ donation process in Quebec, from donor referral to organ retrieval.

  • Support clinical teams at every stage, including donor evaluation and maintenance of vital functions.

  • Analyze and manage case files and oversee the transplant waiting list in Quebec.

  • Serve as a clinical resource for healthcare and academic institutions.

  • Contribute to awareness efforts and deliver professional training to healthcare teams.

  • Ensure timely and effective communication and coordination across medical facilities.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid nursing license from OIIQ (Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec).

  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, especially in critical care settings (e.g., ICU, emergency, coronary units).

  • Experience in coordination, leadership roles, or project development is an asset.

  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.

  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and prioritization skills.

  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

  • Willingness for occasional travel across Quebec.


What’s Offered:

  • Work Hours: 35 hours/week over 3 shifts of 12 hours, including nights and weekends on rotation.

  • Employment Type: Full-time – Permanent and temporary (12-month renewable) unionized roles.

  • Compensation Scale: Based on public healthcare sector wage grids (Scale 2489 or 1912) – CAD 29.81 to 59.12/hour.
