We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Director to lead the team at Hôpital AnimaPlus Beauport. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality care to patients while fostering a positive, supportive work environment for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and mentor the clinic team, promoting a positive workplace culture.

• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

• Manage recruitment and staffing activities.

• Handle staffing changes promptly using Dayforce.

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and quality of care.

• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Manage scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance.

• Communicate company policies and coordinate team activities.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the clinic’s budget.

• Analyze financial reports and implement cost-saving measures.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Client Relations:

• Build strong client relationships and address concerns quickly.

• Enhance client retention and satisfaction through feedback and improvements.

• Coordinate communication between clients and veterinarians.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and protocols.

• Maintain accurate records and monitor safety procedures.

• Prepare for inspections and regulatory audits.

Marketing and Community Outreach:

• Execute local marketing initiatives and community engagement programs.

• Promote the clinic through events and awareness campaigns.

Strategic Initiatives:

• Develop business plans and implement strategic initiatives.

• Monitor and improve the effectiveness of ongoing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ management experience, preferably in healthcare.

• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

• Client-focused with critical thinking and strong financial skills.

• Proficiency in IT and clinic management systems.

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration preferred.
