As a Business System Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring that complex requirements are transformed into practical, innovative, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating client and internal needs into clear, actionable system requirements.

• Design and optimize workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions that simplify complexity.

• Champion data-driven insights by ensuring systems capture accurate and useful data that flow seamlessly across processes.

• Develop user stories, specifications, and detailed documentation, and ensure solutions meet business needs through testing and validation.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, QA teams, and external vendors to keep business and technology aligned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with proven expertise in gathering, analyzing, and translating requirements.

• Strong understanding of core development platforms with the ability to quickly adapt to new and emerging technologies.

• Familiarity with healthcare and pharmaceutical compliance standards (FDA, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11) or a strong interest in learning.

• Ability to create and present workflow and data flow diagrams that are clear and easily understood.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders and business goals to technical teams.

• Bonus: Previous exposure to healthcare software ecosystems.
