Business System Analyst

Description:

What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Work closely with business teams to analyze, design, and improve systems for Client Onboarding.
🔹 Gather and evaluate business requirements, while managing project progress and resolution.
🔹 Help optimize technology platforms and ensure integration with other business applications.
🔹 Contribute to continuous improvements of systems, providing user training and support.
🔹 Work with stakeholders at all levels (Directors, VP level) to communicate solutions effectively.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 10+ years of BSA experience
✅ 8+ years working on business requirements analysis and system enhancements
✅ Experience communicating with senior stakeholders
✅ Nice-to-have: Exposure to Client Onboarding and AML projects, ideally in Financial Institutions (FIs)
