Pareto USA, a division of Randstad, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive for its client—an award-winning, fast-growing technology company revolutionizing its industry through innovation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.

  • Support brand awareness initiatives and contribute to sales and marketing campaigns.

  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs promptly.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.

  • Present and promote company products and services to potential customers.

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through consistent performance and motivation.

  • Maintain a proactive and consultative approach to understanding client business challenges and providing solutions.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A full 4-year Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident, enthusiastic, and passionate about achieving results.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in team environments.

  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed in a competitive environment.

  • Previous experience or interest in sales, business development, or account management is beneficial.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Up to CAD 62,500 annually (approx. CAD 5,208/month).

  • Uncapped Commission: Earn additional performance-based income with no limit.
