Conexus Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its La Ronge branch operations. This is a dynamic leadership opportunity for someone who excels in strategic thinking, team development, and delivering exceptional financial services to members. The Branch Manager will play a key role in enhancing member experiences, empowering team members, and contributing to the credit union’s long-term goals.
Responsibilities include:
Leading, developing, and coaching branch leaders to ensure delivery of world-class advisory services
Empowering the team with tools and skills to meet members’ financial needs and goals
Ensuring compliance with operational policies, industry regulations, and legislative requirements
Promoting and managing a strong sales culture aligned with branch goals, targets, and budget
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Candidate Profile:

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in people management
Background in personal and small business banking (asset)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Conexus member-facing applications
Strong sales acumen and community engagement ability
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
