Responsibilities include:

• Leading, developing, and coaching branch leaders to ensure delivery of world-class advisory services

• Empowering the team with tools and skills to meet members’ financial needs and goals

• Ensuring compliance with operational policies, industry regulations, and legislative requirements

• Promoting and managing a strong sales culture aligned with branch goals, targets, and budget

• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in people management

• Background in personal and small business banking (asset)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Conexus member-facing applications

• Strong sales acumen and community engagement ability

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
